Full Circle Moments: Kicking Off Six Degrees of Jigsaw

I was honored to be the first guest in Six Degrees of Jigsaw, a new video series from Jigsaw that celebrates the agency’s rebrand and refreshed identity. The series launches alongside a new website and brand platform, centered on a clear and confident message: Jigsaw is right for brands who can't afford to get it wrong.

Participating in the first episode felt both professional and personal. My relationship with Jigsaw spans many years and multiple chapters of my career. Before founding Campe + Co., I was Jigsaw’s director of content. When I moved client-side in the healthcare industry, I brought them on as our agency of record. Today, I get to collaborate with them once again as a strategic partner. It is rare and special to work with people you trust across so many different roles. I have deep admiration for Jigsaw’s team and their approach to strategy, creative, media, and digital.

We filmed the episode at Third Street Market Hall, one of my favorite places to work and unwind in Milwaukee. It felt especially meaningful because back when I was part of the Jigsaw team, our office was connected by skywalk to the Grand Avenue Mall and its food court. I have vivid memories of team lunches, creative brainstorms, and hallway conversations that sparked big ideas. Seeing that space transform into a vibrant community hub has been both a relief and a joy. Filming there brought back those good memories and reflected the spirit of reinvention that both Jigsaw and the Market Hall now represent.

In the episode, we covered a lot of ground about the evolving world of content marketing. We talked about what strong content strategy looks like today and how it connects business goals to audience needs. I shared thoughts on how my team approaches content creation with purpose, and how AI can be used as a tool to increase efficiency without compromising quality or authenticity. We also discussed the growing importance of influencer and UGC collaborations, and how trust and alignment matter more than ever in those partnerships.

One of my favorite parts of the conversation was about the kind of people who thrive in content marketing. I believe the best content professionals are natural helpers. They are driven to solve problems, answer questions, and offer useful information. They are also relentlessly curious, always looking for better ways to connect, explain, or spark interest. That mindset is at the heart of meaningful, strategic content.

We wrapped the episode with a shared sense of optimism about the future of marketing. For Jigsaw, this new brand signals clarity, confidence, and commitment. For me, it was a reminder of why I love this work, especially when it involves people and places that have shaped my own path.
